Lilo, Mysak and little girls

This week I have, except Lilo, Also Havanese-male Mysak here. Mysaks math has been in Sundsvall and paired her Selkirk Rex female (relatively new breed), so then got Mysak be with me during the time. You have to protect him from viewing cat porn, It understands each one. 😀 The week has been good, but has also given me some insights.

Lilo and Molly cozy up on the blanket in the kitchen.

My little girls, Zoe and Molly, are used to a certain type of dog. She. They are both heavily influenced by Ella's energy, and for every dog that has been here since we lost Ella, has it been an adjustment for them. A couple of the dogs, Molly in particular, have started to develop great relationships with, and these are the dogs that have been here repeatedly, and longer periods. That applies to Egon and Lilo, even though Lilo hasn't had time to be here that long yet.

Now that it has been two dogs here this week, have I realized that while Lilo and Mysak together don't even come close to the place Ella took up just by existing, so they take up quite a lot of space anyway. The cats like to stay away, except for Molly, who after a while actually came out into the kitchen and got to know Lilo. Mysak has known both cats since he was a puppy (he is seven, not).

My plan was to bring in another day dog. I even had one going. But because I feel that the cats find it a bit difficult with the transition, I feel like I need to take a break with this bringing in new dogs at home. They have to get the idea that Lilo is here, and get some peace and quiet before I feel it's ok to bring in another dog.

I actually have to admit that I am a little ashamed. I feel like a terrible mother who only thought about myself and that I need dogs around me, without giving the pee a particularly big thought.

But that's over it now. As for the little girls, I want them to feel as calm and comfortable around them as possible for a while. I simply have to settle for Lilo being here, and Egon a little now and then. Incidentally, he will come here a few days in a couple of weeks. I look forward to that, because I absolutely adore Egon.

I have mysak not told much about. He is big for a Bichon Havanese, I have understood. With my preferences, he is tiny, of course. Pipig (he chirps #eyeroll) and a little mean, but very cozy to have in bed when it's bedtime. In addition, he is very easy to trip over, because he is so small but likes to insist on running around around his feet.

So even though I'm ashamed a little over my egotism, it still feels good to put a temporary stop to new dogs.

I think we maybe need some time on us, both me and the little girls.
