Before I get into a description of our first night together, I thought the opportunity to show the first pictures of my Pip-Larsson. These pictures were taken this morning – actually for just a moment ago. It's very sunny outside, so the lighting conditions are not the best – but hold on. 🙂
So have then Boyo and I spent our first night together. Boyo got to sleep with me in bed, because I believe it is important that he feels closeness and security, like when you've sort of moved away from home and most things are very strange, insecure and unfamiliar.
Although I would I would be lying if I said we slept undisturbed, because it didn't happen that way. When we got home, I stayed up for a while to drink tea and unpack my backpack, and so on. That meant one more pee trip before we went to bed. After that we spent at least an hour with Boyo chirping and rubbing incessantly. I think he managed to fall asleep for a little while, but then I couldn't sleep, even though the hours I've slept since Monday are easy to count.
So it ended with an extra meal, plus two trips out to, before we both managed to fall asleep.
We didn't sleep especially long, heller. Because I don't know Boyo and his needs and routines when it comes to toilet habits yet, felt it was important that we got out as early as possible, so I had set the clock.. there, somewhere around seven. I slept with my clothes on and had my shoes in the bedroom, so it was just a matter of putting them on, carry Boyo with you, put on a jacket, and go out.
After that has we have been out once more, and met the old golden male Elton who lives in the area. It was of course very exciting, although maybe Elton wasn't super into playing, just. 😀 For the moment Boyo is sleeping, but I suspect it will be time to go out again in half an hour or so.
Of course it has been pee accidents indoors, three times so far. A couple of times last night, and quite directly when we entered after the second walk (Want to say; at an extremely slow pace around the house to allow space for both peeing and pooing), because Boyo didn't feel like peeing outside at all that time.
So in the big picture all in all, I can say that I'm sickly tired, and hope that the coming night means less beeping and significantly more and better sleep for both of us.
The continuation of this day includes meeting Lilo and her mother, samt att träffa en annan av mina bästa vänner. Plus, givetvis att fortsätta ränna ut och in – det är nog snart dags igen, misstänker jag. Boyo ligger och sover just nu, men jag skulle gissa att han ganska snart vaknar till, och då är det dags. Då ska vi faktiskt passa på att träffa Lilo. ♥
Men jag hoppas verkligen att vi kan göra en tidig kväll idag, för jag är fruktansvärt trött.
Now I'm going to försöka komma igång, så att vi kan gå ut och möta upp Lilo och hennes matte som varit på långpromenad i det vackra vädret. Håll tummarna för att jag lyckas hålla mig vaken hela dagen, och att det blir så få olyckor inomhus som möjligt.
Mer skvaller och fler bilder blir det givetvis allt eftersom. Will try to get the camera out now when we meet Lilo – We'll see if I succeed. 🙂
